Delicate, tender and delicious, sole are prized by gourmet chefs for both their mild flavor and exceptional versatility. Our sole are caught in the deep cold waters of the Bering Sea off Alaska in one of the healthiest, most sustainable fisheries in the world. After they are harvested, our sole are immediately frozen on board our state-of-the-art factory vessels. Then, in modern processing plants, they are hand filleted, all bones are removed and they are cut into convenient portions. Sole are excellent simply sautéed in butter and seasonings, or try pan frying with panko bread crumbs.
